1. General Provisions

These terms apply to all use of tools for tactical management provided by Optivise at optiviseco.com.

2. Service Offerings

Services include tactical planning sessions, implementation support, and custom training delivered live or digitally.

2.1 Scheduling and Delivery

Appointments and session bookings are arranged via our contact form. Clients receive confirmation upon successful scheduling.

2.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may request rescheduling at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. If rescheduling is not feasible, a credit note valid for six months will be issued.

3. Info Products

Info products include digital guides, whitepapers, and online courses accessible immediately upon purchase.

3.1 Access and Delivery

After purchase, clients receive an access link or credentials via email.

4. Goods

Goods include printed manuals and branded items.

4.1 Shipping and Handling

Goods are dispatched within five business days to the address provided at order. Shipping fees apply as selected at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Refund requests must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled delivery date. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Sessions that have begun or been provided are not eligible for refund.

Custom consulting packages labeled as non-refundable allocate dedicated resources and are not eligible for refund once booked.

5.2 Info Products

Digital materials may be refunded within seven days of initial access provided that no more than 10% of the content has been consumed. Approved refunds are issued within ten business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition. Clients are responsible for return shipping. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
